I am disappointed with the dearth of coverage in this edition. I checked back to the 2005 PDR, and it had 3,440 pages. This one is only 2,500, and I can't find many of the common medications I used to be able to find. This will be the last edition I purchase for our library.

I bought this, as a gift for a granddaughter, when she graduated from Nursing School. My mother and I were also nurses and I grew-up reading, Grey's Anatomy, the Merck Manual and studying medications, in the PDR. She's an extraordinary young lady, who has brought me a lot of joy, so naturally, I got her many other gifts, all related to the medical field.

If you are accustomed to the old PDRs, as recent as 2009 don't order this. You can not look up a drug from the name only. Very bad. Sorry I wasted the money on it.

There was no product description for the high blood pressure medication I take. The medication is not new. Buyer beware!

Doesn't have a lot of drugs. This is not the PDR I remember using ages ago.

Great book. Has a lot of good info. Was very disappointed for receiving the book smashed. The seller did mention it was damaged but I didn't think it was going to look horrible.
