He is also a producer s rep, assisting filmmakers in the financing, marketing, and distribution of their films. An acknowledged authority on the entertainment industry, he has been interviewed on more than 100 television and radio shows, including The Larry King Show, National Public Radio s All Things Considered, and news shows on the ABC and CNN networks. Litwak is an adjunct professor of entertainment law at USC s Gould School of Law. He has also has taught entertainment and copyright law at the University of West Los Angeles, UCLA, and Loyola Law School.

I assign this book for my film and media financing classes at the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema at Brooklyn College. It's very readable and well-written. My students enjoy reading it, which is important for a text book.
